Our Promise to Drivers:

Here at Arrow, our truck drivers aren’t just drivers – they are part of our family. We truly believe it takes the heart of those behind the wheel to keep our country moving! 

If you work with us, we not only promise you’ll be home daily, we also ensure you’ll receive the proper training and safety equipment, paid health, life, dental and vision insurance, top-of-line equipment, and Employer Match on the Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

Further to this, we pay either a percentage off our Rate sheet, or a Rate per mile; you choose how you are paid, and you can earn up to 35% on commission.
